The most important thing is that clients receive the help they need. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to seek to meet those needs. With a trauma-informed and story-focused posture, I walk with clients through safety-building, appropriate reprocessing, and reconnection. I utilize Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices.

I have experience working with complex trauma, ministry stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, betrayal trauma, and patterns of codependency. I enjoy working with women, men, couples, and teens. 

Prices: $120/Individual Session, $135/Couples Session
